Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the need for training, assessment and development personnel;
  • Creation and adaptation of training programs for the development of soft skills, leadership qualities and management competencies based on external sources
  • Determination of key skills and knowledge required for different levels of personnel (management, leadership).
  • Adaptation of programs to the strategic business goals of the company.
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, coaching meetings and seminars for employees of different levels.
  • Implementation of employee training on corporate competencies: updating the Competency Model, creating educational content, closing the needs for training on competencies.
  • Participation in the development and implementation of the talent management system.
  • Participation in the evaluation of the potential and competencies of employees.
  • Participation in the determination of key competencies necessary for the successful work of employees at different levels.
  • Participation in the implementation of approaches to the identification, development and retention of talents.
  • Participation and support of Performance Review.
  • Search for best practices in personnel development and training taking into account global trends

How we see our colleague:

  • has experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
  • additional certificates or courses in the development of soft skills, coaching, HR management or coaching activities will be an advantage
  • has experience in conducting trainings and seminars for different levels of personnel (from line employees to management)
  • has knowledge of tools for evaluating the effecttraining activities (for example, testing, surveys, feedback analysis)
  • has modern technologies (MS Office, online platforms for conducting trainings, video conferences, electronic training materials, etc.)
  • Able to adapt soft skills development programs to the specific business goals and strategies of the company.
  • Has basic knowledge of personnel evaluation and talent management.
