This enterprise is responsible for protection, protection, afforestation, forest restoration and a whole range of other functions, including harvesting and sale of wood.  

We are announcing a competition for the position of business coach (personnel training manager)

Main duties :

• Improving and implementing staff training procedures;
• Drafting staff training plans and ensuring their implementation;
< li>Development of training programs (presentations, methodological materials, video lessons, webinars, etc.);
• Organization and conducting of trainings for employees of various departments of the company aimed at improving business skills (mainly soft-skills);
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and collection of messages from our employees;
• Participation in activities for the implementation of the talent management program: identification, participation in the assessment and development of talents;
• Involvement in other interesting HR-projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (psychology, management, personnel management);

• Certification in the field of trainings;
• Experience in conducting trainings for 3 years or more for middle specialists and managers;
• Knowledge of tools and resources for training;

• Knowledge of the legislative and regulatory framework regarding training at the enterprise; 
• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Teams, etc.);
• Ability to work with the audience, convey information in an interesting and structured manner.
