Protoria is an exclusive network of Samsung branded stores in Ukraine. Our team implements the Samsung Experience Store project in partnership with Samsung Ukraine.

Currently, the network includes 29 brand stores in 14 cities of Ukraine and its own online store samsungshop.com.ua

Currently open vacancy: Business trainer / Retail network trainer

The mission of the role: to inspire, train and empower the team, influencing sales growth and maintaining high standards of service.

You are a good fit if you have:

• Experience as a Business Trainer or Training Specialist from 1 year (preferably in the field of technology and electronics);
• Practice of creating and conducting sales and service trainings;
• Understanding of modern training methods: from classic formats to interactive and field;
• Skills are simple and accessible explain complex things;
• Experience of training salespeople in real conditions ("in the field");
• Desire to grow and develop a team, not just "conduct trainings";
• Willingness for business trips;
• Leadership qualities, active position and result orientation;

What you will do:

• You will identify training needs in the retail network;
• You will cooperate with a strategic partner - Samsung: product and ecosystem training;
• You will create trainingprogram and conduct trainings;
• You will organize and coordinate training processes for the retail team;
• You will conduct group and individual training sessions;
• You will provide post-training support;
• You will analyze training effectiveness and generate reports;
