Responsibilities: Organize and deliver Viseven product and solution training for our customers Collaborate with multiple departments and product teams and maintain communication regarding customer needs for timely and successful training plan Creation and updating of training materials (training scripts, presentations, user manuals, video scripts and product tours, exercises, quizzes) Communicate with internal and external customers to support their requests Co-create and define with the program manager and the client the training program for end users Collaborate with the program manager to constantly track and update all training resources available to of end users Establish a reliable communication channel with various clients to guide them during training Collect feedback on the training process and improve it in a timely manner Requirements: 1+ year of practical experience in conducting online training sessions Proficiency in English at the level of Upper-Intermediate Active life position and desire to constantly learn and develop Team player able to create and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation and inspiration. Preferred Knowledge and Experience: Experience in software training and customer engagement Understanding of the specifics of the pharma industry and healthcare reps Experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce CRM
