What will you do:

• Create cool educational materials: instructions, trainings, reminders, e-courses and more.
• Organize and conduct trainings, demo tables, workshops both online and offline.
• Prepare and present reports, evaluate training effectiveness.
• Test employees, analyze results and make recommendations.
• To develop people-centeredness in our team.
• Make learning fun through gamification.
• Moderate and develop the knowledge base.
• Help newcomers adapt.
• Develop internal corporate culture.
• Organize and conduct internal events (external training, awards, team building).

Who we are looking for:

• Someone who has experience in training and staff development.
• Someone who knows how to develop and conduct trainings.
• An excellent communicator.
• Someone who knows how to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
• Creative approach to personnel training and development.
