Today we are looking for a poal TRAINER

Job assignment:

• Practice "in the field" with sales representatives of active sales skills according to the company's standards (steps of a visit to TT);
• Practice with KAMs of negotiation skills and drafting an effective commercial offer;
• Learning to use a software product E-mix;
• Practice with line managers (SW/NTO) of TP field training skills;
• Conduct classroom training on sales techniques, management, etc.
• Control slices of the quality of the onboarding process of new employees and field training conducted by JI/NTO;
• Feedback and reporting on the level of knowledge and skills of the sales staff, implementation of standards, involvement. Drafting recommendations for the heads of health and safety departments to eliminate deficiencies/improve the situation; 
• Participation in sales staff assessment events (sales audit, control page checks, assessment center, etc.); /li>
• Participation in the development of educational content.

What will help you cope?

• Successful personal practical experience in sales;
• Work experience in as a supervisor, regional/territorial manager, head of the sales department;
• Practical experience of field, classroom and online training of sales personnel;
• Experience as a business trainer will be an advantage;

• Ability to structure information and convey it very easily to the target audience;
• Ability to motivate people, arouse interest in learning;
• Ability to plan and allocate working time;
• li>High level of communicative competence (to be able to find an approach to everyone);
• Focus on the result.
