Responsibilities:

• training for staff on various topics (history of brands, sales techniques, psychological techniques when working with clients, etc.);
• working with the client base (distribution between employees, setting tasks for processing, quality control);
• mentoring for staff (assistance in solving complex cases, working with clients, setting a positive mood and working atmosphere);
• reporting to the management on the results of the work performed.

Working conditions:

• work schedule Mon-Fri 10:00—19:00;
