Business trainer at the Bank in Bank Pivdenniy

We are currently looking for a Training Specialist

What to do:

• Development and implementation of face-to-face/online business trainings for bank employees
• Preparation of materials (presentations, questionnaires, etc.) for the development of distance courses
• Development and implementation of training for employees of RB branches of the Bank
• Working with mentors in the project of adaptation of newly hired employees.

This will require:

• Experience of working in the Bank's business unit (experience of working with clients specifically in the direction of RB is highly desirable)
• High communication skills, the ability to communicate with people, the ability to receive feedback
• Experience as a mentor
• Any experience working/learning as a business coach (will be an advantage)
