What to do:
- Development and implementation of face-to-face/online business trainings for bank employees
- Preparation of materials (presentations, questionnaires, etc.) for the development of distance courses
- Development and implementation of training for employees of RB branches of the Bank
- Working with mentors in the project of adaptation of newly hired employees.
This will require:
- Experience of working in the Bank's business unit (experience of working with clients specifically in the direction of RB is highly desirable)
- High communication skills, the ability to communicate with people, the ability to receive feedback
- Experience as a mentor
- Any experience working/learning as a business coach (will be an advantage)
