Requirements

• Specialized professional education in business training.
• Higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology).
• At least 3 years of experience in conducting training programs.
• Specialization in sales training, customer service, and management skills for entry-level managers.
• Understanding of group dynamics and Kolb learning cycle methodology.
• Knowledge of trends in learning and development.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Presentations, etc.

Will be plus

Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).

Responsibilities

• Conduct business training for contact center employees (across various formats and for different target audiences), with a primary focus on developing soft skills, sales skills, and management skills.
• Participate in the development of training programs (workshops, seminars, business games, etc.).
• Prepare presentations, videos, and other visual and handout materials, as well as workbooks, in accordance with corporate standards and branding guidelines.
• Regularly collaborate with team leaders and managers to gather and analyze training needs.
• Plan schedules and allocate necessary resources for all training events.
• Monitor the effectiveness of training by collecting feedback from participants and their supervisors.
• Analyze feedback results and formulate recommendations to enhance training programs and their impact on the business.
• Prepare reports for management on training plan execution, training outcomes, and provide suggestions for improvements.
• Attend product and business training sessions as required by the company.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of training and development functions.
