Who are we looking for:

Business trainer who will help develop the team through effective training, creating quality training programs and support of the culture of continuous development.

Main tasks:

• analysis of staff training needs;

• development, preparation and conducting of trainings;

• creation of methodical and educational materials;

• planning of schedules of training activities and control of their implementation;

• work with the training portal (LMS);

with LMS, graphic editors;

• analytical thinking, systematization, attention to details;

• high level of written and oral literacy, ability to speak in public;

• excellent communication skills, love for people and continuous self-development.

Responsibilities:

• preparation high-quality educational materials and programs;

• achievement of established training KPIs;

• maintenance of high quality standards of the educational process.
