Business (Technical) Analyst in NDA

We are expanding our partner team and are looking for a Business Analyst (Technical) to join our friendly team. Responsiblities:● Responsible to translate the business vision and goals to a clear backlog for the teams and● provide business reasoning for each item● Communicate requirements to the technical team on the required level of details● Communicate with similar internal teams for collecting required information● Prepare technical backlog with developers, maintain the lifecycle of the issues and drive sprint planning, support functionality till production● Gathering product requirements (interview stakeholders, analyze existing interfaces etc.)and convert them in user stories● Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to result Experience and background requirements:● 2+ years experience working within same domain and role● Proven experience in Gambling industry or its detailed understanding of it● Experience in creating process documentation, specifications, diagrams● Understanding of web and mobile application development process● Experience writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing● conflicting requirements and prioritize them with focus on maximum value● Experience in writing Technical Design Documents or Technical Requirements● Attentiveness to details, strong problem-solving skills● Experience in come up with solutions for business needs Required skills:● Good knowledge of architecture/design patterns and styles● Experience working using various methodologies (Agile,Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, etc)● Working with Atlassian stack. for composing and managingdocumentation Business expertise:● Proven experience working in gambling domain● Experience working with or in operation departments ofgambling sphere● Solid understanding of domain Platform requirements Communication skills● Proven Leadership and communication skills● Ability to find and deep search for edge to edge casesover requirement.● Being proactive over communication and strict with notesand future results and follow ups We Offer:● Flexible work schedule remotely;● Paid sick leave and vacation days;● Cool and creative gifts for holidays and important events of employees;● Necessary equipment for work as needed;● Opportunity to participate in company's internal events: open discussions;● Product meetips and training sessions on soft skills development; ● Absence of micromanagement, hierarchy, quick decision-making; ● Attendance of top conferences worldwide.
