How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• detection, collection, analysis , documenting the requirements for the implementation of the HRM system functionality
• providing and managing the backlog of tasks for the development team taking into account priorities
• designing solutions, ensuring the implementation and presentation of the developed functionality
• cross-team interaction within the framework of functional development
• documentation of new functionality
• conducting research and analysis of existing solutions
• analysis of user feedback, collection and prioritization of improvements based on them

Challenges for three months:

• implementation of processes in the HiBob system according to the project roadmap
• full understanding of company processes and BPU and HR teams
• quality performance of tasks by deadline
• demonstrate a high level of communication skills in inter-team interactions

For achieving results, you will need:

• from 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• experience as a business analyst in HRM systems implementation projects(HiBob will be an advantage)
• understanding of project management methodologies
• research and needs analysis skills of users
• understanding of the user testing process
• skills of schematic representation of processes (BPMN)
• experience of creating documentation and reporting on the project
• analytical skillset
• strategic vision of service development

How do you regulate your working hours?

• can you plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be effective, we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with saving the reward)
• day off on your birthday as a gift to the company
• day off for blood donation
