Job description of the UKR.PEY company, which is a professional developer of software for financial institutions in the Ukrainian market and specializes in the creation and implementation of banking process automation systems, a business systems analyst is urgently needed. Requirements: 1 year of experience in a similar position (also in banking/financial/ in trade spheres); Understanding of retail banking will be an advantage; knowledge of SQL Experience in identifying, analyzing and formalizing customer business requirements Experience in describing user stories, use cases, Prototype development, TS Creation of documentation for developers Jira user; Confluence; Participation in testing and implementation of PZD. Experience with rest api/integration with external services is welcome. Responsibilities: Analysis of customer business needs; Organization of customer requirements for the future product, communication with interested parties — developers, customers, end users; Formation of business requirements and detailing them for developers Analysis and identification of problem areas and search for a solution for improvement; Formalization of requirements (distribution of requirements into business, functional, non-functional, requirements specification writing); Requirements management (processing of appointment requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements).
