Business/System Analyst in Creative

We are looking for a Business/System Analyst to join our Innovations team.Working on our team as a Business/System Analyst position involves:analyzing existing processes to identify opportunities for automation using no-code solutions; translating business needs into no-code system requirements and workflows; utilizing no-code tools of the platform to design and architect innovative solutions tailored to business requirements; creating visual workflows, process maps, and user interfaces to depict automated processes; leveraging no-code tools to configure and develop applications, workflows, and automation processes; implementation logic, data integration, and conditional actions using no-code methodologies; preparing test cases for no-code solutions, covering various scenarios; conducting thorough testing of automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability; address and resolve any issues identified during testing phases. Candidate Expectations:a demonstrated track record of proficiency with one or more mentioned platforms and tools: CRM, BPM, CMS, E-commerce, or No-Code Platform/System Experience or experience in the IoT (Internet of Things) Applications, Employee Portals and Intranets, Mobile Applications, etc.; showcasing the ability to create, customize, and manage automated solutions without the need for extensive coding; a general understanding of technology concepts, data structures, and integration methods to ensure seamless no-code solution implementations; the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify bottlenecks, and determine opportunities for automation using no-code methodologies; skill in creating comprehensive testing cases, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of no-code solutions; excellent communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to effectively convey ideas and project updates; a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in designing and configuring no-code solutions, as well as troubleshooting potential issues.
