Business, system analyst (Payroll product) in Intecracy Group

The professional team of a product IT company of the Intecracy Group consortium (TOP-50 IT companies of Ukraine) invites a Business/System analyst to cooperate. Fully remote cooperation is possible, but we prefer candidates who can visit the office in Kyiv (periodically, as needed). What do we expect from candidate: work experience as a business analyst and/or system analyst — at least 2 years; knowledge of personnel, accounting (in terms of payroll), HR processes. At least one of the listed subject areas; participation in the development/implementation of real projects for automating accounting and personnel accounting processes; experience in describing business processes; experience in writing project documentation (technical requirements, technical tasks, specifications, concepts, etc.); experience in setting tasks for developers; knowledge of business analysis methodologies; software testing to meet requirements. Additional advantage: system analyst skills; knowledge of database theory; writing simple SQL queries. Desirable: experience working with databases at the level of reading/writing simple SQL queries; understanding of building architecture modern web solutions; the availability of basic knowledge in the field of OOP, the basics of DBMS, an understanding of modern software product development methodologies; experience in working with bug tracking systems, version control (JIRA, SVN), business analysis tools, interface prototyping. What will be required responsibilities: analysis of the subject area, examination of business processes; collection and formalization of requirements; preparation and coordination of technical tasks; development of specifications and other project documentation; setting tasks for developers; participation in the development of test plans; participation in acceptance testing; analysis of competitors; —preparation and conducting of presentations; communication with clients, participation in implementation.
