Business System Analyst (Privat24) in PrivatBank

Basic responsibilities:

• Analysis of customer needs and business processes
• Management of customer expectations
• Identification, collection and analysis of requirements for development
• Setting tasks for development
• Preparation and maintenance of relevance of project and technical documentation
• Management project backlog
• Monitoring deadlines for tasks and compliance with business requirements

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (systems analysis, economics, management, finance and others)
• 2+ years of work experience as a business analyst
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, formalizing and managing requirements
• Experience working with APIs
• Modeling system behavior using UML/BPMN notations
• Understanding the software development life cycle
• Ability to conduct system analysis of processes and form technical tasks
• Ability to work with large amounts of information: extraction, interpretation and visualization of data
• Skills for effective interaction and communication with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate (B1) level
