Business/System Analyst (mobile application development) in EpicentrK

Responsibilities

* analysis, identification and description of requirements;

* conducting interviews, interaction with stakeholders;

* modeling and design of solutions within separate processes and creation of specifications;

* support of the development process;

* evaluation of the effectiveness of changes using current techniques business analysis;

* interaction with other teams and other team members;

* regular communication with developers, designers, QA engineers;

* formalization of requirements ( division into business, functional, non-functional), creating specifications;

* agreement with other departments of requirements, specifications

* conducting acceptance testing

* Questionnaire focus groups

Technical stack of the candidate and basic requirements

* 2+ years in the role of Business/System Analyst;

* Experience working with key artifacts of BA (interviews, document analysis, assessment, etc.)

* Experience with key business analysis tools (diagrams of business processes in BPMN notation, modeling experience in UML notation, creation of prototypes etc.)

* Experience working with requirements: collection, writing technical specifications and specifications - user stories, use cases, BRD, SRS, Vision&Scope, Implementation Details.

* Experience working with task managers (JIRA) and knowledge bases (Confluence and similar);

* Experience working in Agile teams on Scrum/Kanban

* Experience working with PostgreSQL, MsSQL databases

* API experience

* Messaging broker experience (a plus)

* Experience in mobile application development projects (a plus)
