We are seeking a Business-System Analyst with a Marketing specialization to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to help our customers improve the marketing strategies and create successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, marketing metrics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights .

• 4+ years of experience in Business and System analytics (preferred in Data/AI but not a must)
• 2+ years of experience in defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights in the Marketing area
• Ability to cooperate effectively with Stakeholders from different levels of the organizational structure: from TOP management to operational level
• Knowledge of Google Analytics features and metrics
• Can-do and problem-solving attitude to advise customer in the best possible way
• Customer focus approach to work
• Thinking outside the box
• Ability to understand different solution architecture models and diagrams
• Experience in direct cooperating with clients (internally or externally) in a role of a Consultant or Advisor will be additional advantage
  
• Excellent communication skills
• English: B2+
