What you will do

• Analyze the business needs of the internal/external customer, taking into account possible limitations and developing architectural solutions
• Expert evaluation of the customer's project documentation (briefs, concepts, other)
• Coordinate requirements between the internal/external customer and other process parties
• Design technical solutions and manage their life cycle
• Model business processes and develop decision models
• Plan and organize testing of solutions by the customer
• Preparation of technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements), user instructions
• Preparation of orders within the company for execution work on IT platforms

What qualifications and experience are required

• Experience of working as a business or system analyst in IT projects for 2 years or more
• Understanding of REST architecture, DBMS basics
• Professional knowledge of UML notation
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
• Basic skills of working with SQL queries

• Analytical thinking, the ability to collect, formalize and document business requirements within the framework of a project/task

Knowledge of BPMN will be a plus

Knowledge of MS Project

Experience with systems such as Billing, DWH and others
