Business/System Analyst

Kyiv, abroad, remotely

Main duties:

— Collection and analysis of business requirements from customers, their description (BRD).

— Development of requirements, functional specifications (FRD), creation of TOR for development teams.

—Management of requirements (changes, impact on current requirements, control over implementation).

— Development of proposals for optimization and automation of business and technical processes.

— Analysis of the functionality of the used systems and making proposals for their optimization.

—Participation in testing, control of compliance of the developed functionality with the customer's business requirements and TOR, support of user testing and implementation of the solution.

—Participation in the Company's projects, development of project documentation, reporting on the progress of implementation of tasks in the project.

—Experience in describing business processes and developing operating procedures, knowledge of process description notations: BPMN, UML.

- Understanding of the software development life cycle, good theoretical training in the field of business analysis and modeling of business processes.

— Understanding the principles of software construction, database analysis skills, systems integration, knowledge of network protocols, APIs.

—Practical experience with project management methodologies.
