Business System Analyst in NerdySoft

We invite the cooperation of a motivated Middle/Senior Business System Analyst for a project in the field of mobile banking solutions!
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
- Domain knowledge in Fintech/Banking;
- Experience in creating product/feature roadmap;
- Effective cooperation with various stakeholders;
- Practical experience in applying Agile principles;
- Knowledge of requirements management methods and tools;
- Thorough theoretical and practical knowledge of the methodology and BA tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence);
- Experience in creating documentation for the team and the customer (Detailed User Stories, Use Cases, feature-breakdown lists, etc.);
- Development techniques and description of business processes (UML, Use Case, User Flows, etc.);
- Skills of communication, presentation, market research, planning and analytics;
- Ability to solve complex cases and professional negotiation ;
- English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.

It will be an advantage:

- Knowledge of the French language.

Responsibilities:

- Collection and prioritization of product requirements, definition of product vision, strategy and roadmap;
- Close cooperation with the engineering team and designers to ensure the achievement of goals;
- Collection and evaluation of ideas and opinions, demonstration of new ideas and functionality to interested parties;
- Research of competitors and similar products.

About the project : for a group of banks, we are developing a Core Banking System — a set of software and technical solutions aimed at automating banking activities.
