Functional duties: Analysis of existing business processes: collection and analysis of data on current work processes, identification of problem areas and points for improvement. Development of requirements for automation : based on the analysis of the formulation of specific requirements for IT systems and tools that can be used to automate processes. implementation of proposed solutions. Testing and implementation: conducting testing of automated processes, analyzing the results, making the necessary adjustments, as well as supporting the implementation of new processes. Training of personnel: preparation of methodological materials and training for employees who will work with new or updated processes. Monitoring and performance evaluation: regular monitoring of performance indicators of automated processes, analysis of the obtained results and, if necessary, making additional adjustments. Communication with interested parties: maintaining a constant dialogue with key stakeholders of the project, collecting feedback and suggestions for improving processes. Documentation: creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation on automated processes, including user instructions, technical specifications, reports on work performed, etc. Requirements for the candidate: work experience as a business analyst and/or system analyst - at least 2 years; knowledge of the subject area "Document flow" - will be an advantage; experience in describing business processes; experience in writing project documentation (technical requirements, technical tasks, specifications, concepts, etc.); experience in setting tasks for developers; mastery of business analysis methodologies; software testing to meet requirements. Will be an additional advantage: skills in system analytics; mastery of database theory; writing simple SQL queries.
