Familiarity with techniques and tools ofrequirements modeling, including UML, BPMN, ERP, user stories, use cases, and BDD. Familiarity with API. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities. Effective writing skills. Demonstrated ability tolearn and teach. Leadership qualities. Proficient inEnglish (B2level). Responsibilities: Identify and define business requirements based oninputs from stakeholders, customers, and subject matter experts. Develop the concept ofsoftware/system implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams todefine requirements and technical design. Conduct impact analysis onany changes made tothe project toensure alignment with project scope and objectives. Identify and manage risks related torequirements. Articulate technical tasks tothe team and ensure product quality through effective control measures.
