Your ideal profile:

Must-have (mandatory requirements):

4 years of BA/SA experience preferably logistics.

• Practice with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, webhooks, rate limits, authorization.

• Tools: Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira/Confluence, basic SQL.

• Describing processes and system requirements, writing AC/DoD.

• Understanding queues/events (RabbitMQ), retries, deduplication.

• Strong communication with external partners, the ability to negotiate and fix agreements.

• Understanding teamwork for results.

• Proficiency in English at Intermediate+ level.
  
  

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in international logistics, address validation/geocoding.

• Understanding billing/tariffing, SLA/OLA, event analytics (Grafana/Datadog/Splunk, read-level).

• Experience of integrations with message queues, signed webhooks (HMAC), DLQ.
