Functional responsibilities:
- identification, analysis and clarification of requirements from the Product Owner
- identification of interested parties
- systematization of requirements
- clarification and detailing of business process diagrams, if necessary for the implementation of changes
- selection of solution options and their evaluation
- agreement of the decision with the Product Owner, the architect and the team development
- tracking the relationships between the requirements in the project and the impact of new requirements on the current functionality
- providing complete and logically related requirements for the solution, understandable to all interested parties and corresponding to the application architecture of the bank for the purpose of their further implementation
- documenting the requirements in the form of functional specifications
- presenting the solution to the development team at the PBR
- interacting with the Product Owner, developers and testers in the process of solution design, development and testing
- support of the system, resolution of incidents and problems
Requirements for candidates:
- knowledge and experience in the field of business and/or system analysis (identification, analysis and documentation of requirements) for at least 2 years
- interviewing and questionnaire skills of customers. The ability to listen to the customer's needs and clearly convey the customer's requirements to the development team
- the ability to make decisions, a systematic approach to solving problems
- understanding the life cycle of automated systems
- experience in modeling and describing business processes (BPMN)
- the ability to work with a large amount of information, attention to details
- understanding of systems integration methods (REST, SOAP)
- basic knowledge UML
- basic knowledge of SQL
- basic knowledge of architecture
- experience in supporting automated systems, solving incidents and problems
Desirable:
- experience working with non-relational databases
- experience working in a bank or financial company
- higher technical education
