Business Support Analyst in Sagax Software

Sagax is a Ukrainian product IT company engaged in the development and improvement of modern IT solutions for the insurance sector, in particular these products:• Sagacity Digital Platform — a platform for automating the business processes of insurance companies.• Insurance Web Store — a solution for selling insurance contracts online on the website company. Our team is expanding, so we are currently looking for a Business Support Analyst. Our ideal candidate: - Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in companies engaged in software development - Experience in manual testing - Experience in working with BPMN - Experience in working with Jira, Notion- Experience with Word, Excel- Knowledge and experience of API (Postman) and SQL - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to find a common language with the client and technical specialists.
