Business Support Analyst in SAGAX LLC

The activities of our company are aimed at the development and improvement of modern IT solutions for the field of insurance, in particular these products:

• Avalon Platform - a system for automating business processes related to storage and arrangement of information for the insurance company. 
• Insurance Company API — a set of service solutions for integration with external services for an insurance company. 
• Billing Payment System - a system for automating payments and tracking account statuses, working with external payment systems. 

Our ideal candidate has:

- Experience in a similar position for at least 1.5 years in software development companies

- Experience in writing technical terms of reference

- Experience in manual testing

- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar

- Knowledge and experience with SQL and data exchange formats (XML, JSON)

- Understanding of Agile

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to find a common language with the client and technical specialists.

Will a plus:

- Experience in the field of insurance or finance

- Experience in modeling business processes

Main duties connections:

- Detection and analysis of the customer's business needs to improve the system

- Participation in the testing of improvements and presentation of the finished result to the customer

- Support and consulting business users
