Sagax is a Ukrainian product IT company that develops and improves modern IT solutions for the insurance sector, including these products: • Sagacity Digital Platform — a platform for automating the business processes of insurance companies. • Insurance Web Store — a solution for selling insurance contracts online on the website company. Our team is expanding, so we are currently looking for a Business Support Analyst. Our ideal candidate: - Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in software development companies - Experience in manual testing - Experience with BPMN - Experience working with Jira, Notion-Experience with Word, Excel- Knowledge and experience of API (Postman) and SQL-Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to find a common language with the client and technical specialists. It will be a plus:- Experience in the field of insurance or financial field- Experience in supporting CRM/ERP systemsMain responsibilities:- Effective communication with business to identify and analyze customer needs- User support, independent refinement of functionality through system settings- Setting tasks for the development team and prioritization- Development support and participation in functionality testing- Preparation of documentation and instructions for working with the system for users
