Development of educational materials (presentations, scripts, video lessons)
Gathering feedback, evaluating training effectiveness, improving training programs.
Knowledge and skill of modern product sales techniques.
Owning tools for evaluating learning effectiveness.
Experience of 2 years as a sales trainer.
Successful cases of improving the performance of the sales team after training (eg, increase in conversion, average check, customer NPS, etc.).
