Proactive and have emotional intelligence? Do you have experience in conducting trainings, seminars and webinars? Our team is waiting for you! Our expectations from the candidate: Higher education. From 2 years of experience in the positions of "Business trainer", "Coach", "Sales trainer", "Specialist in personnel training and development". Good organizational skills. Experience in developing and conducting trainings, seminars and webinars. Experience in developing sales scripts and presentations. Excellent PC skills. Ability to work with video editors, skills in creating training programs and developing methodical material will be an advantage. Field training skills. Experience in electronics retail - will be an advantage. Communicative, responsible, organized, proactive, positive, empathetic, self-confident, creative, energetic, result-oriented. What you will do: Identify training needs and develop training programs that meet the needs of the company (webinars, trainings and post-training activities). Develop training programs and training materials - courses, scripts, presentations, etc. Develop and conduct attestations and satisfaction surveys of specialists on a regular basis. Monitor and analyze training results and implement measures to improve them. Participate in the development, organization and implementation of other interesting projects , related to staff training and development. Willingness to travel to regions for trainings.
