Business Continuity and Crisis Management for the whole organization that covers formal documentation creation and update and responding to actual crisises
1. Develop and update business resilience documentation (Business Continuity Plans on different levels, Disaster Recovery Plans, Risk Analysis, etc.)
2. Support and consultation of sr. management in questions related to business resilience
3. Management and/or support the recovery processes in the case of a crisis events
4. Crisis Communication Management
5. Analyze Clients' Business Continuity requirements
6. Develop and document processes and controls regarding Business Resilience
7. Support of internal and external audits and assessments in the Business Resilience area
8. Interaction with other internal departments for arranging Business Continuity
Must have
2+ years of professional experience.
Experience in Business Resilience/Business Continuity
Experience in audits
Experience in developing and implementing new processes
Good written & verbal communication skills
Good analytic skills and solid problem-solving skills, assertiveness
Strong attention to detail is vital
Ability to react fast in unexpected situations, stress-resistant
Ability to set priorities.
Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
Good knowledge of English is mandatory (not less Advance level)
Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Nice to have
Experience and understanding of ISO 22301 standard domains and implementation will be a plus
Ukrainian language skills will be a plus
