Business project portfolio manager in Astarta-Kiyiv

Your key tasks in the position:

• project/portfolio management, ensuring the achievement of project goals in compliance with the planned deadlines, budget, quality;
• formation and approval of project documentation, maintaining the project schedule in MS Project/ Microsoft Dynamics;
• writing business / technical requirements of the project, coordinating them with the customer and project stakeholders, cooperation with the IT department;
• calculation of project business cases, project payback models; 
• organization and holding of meetings, organization of project team work, communication and effective cooperation with stakeholders;
• analysis and modeling of business processes as is & to be-    
• monitoring and control of implementation of project tasks, preparation of project reporting, presentation of the project/reporting at the steering committee/Investment Committee.
  
  

To be successful on position, you will need:

• higher education (technical/economic)
• knowledge of project management standards, methods and tools (including software products MS Project, Microsoft Dynamics, Jira/Confluence);   
• experience in implementing business projects and business process automation projects in large industrial/manufacturing/agricultural companies/holdings;  
• knowledge/experience of working with ERP systems, electronic document management, procurement systems;
• knowledge and application of methods business process modeling, ability to model business processes in Visio; 
• experience working in a group of companies/holding, understanding the specifics of project implementation in vertically integrated corporate structures; 
• analytical abilities, systematic approach, skills in solving controversial issues;
• excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail, problem solving skills
