The purpose of the role: Providing system support for strategic and operational development projects of the company, coordination of interaction between internal divisions and external partners, as well as supporting the CEO in the implementation of business initiatives.
The role involves the organization and control of project implementation monitoring their status, coordinating communications and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Education:Higher education in the field of: management, economics, international business, finance or related directions.
Professional experience:
experience as a Project Manager, Business Coordinator, Executive Assistant or a similar management support role;
experience in supporting business projects or strategic initiatives;
experience of interaction with international partners;
experience of business communication in English;
Support of strategic and operational projects of the company's development, including projects of entering new international markets, business localization and launching new areas of activity.
Organization of communication with international partners, investors and joint ventures (joint ventures), including preparation business correspondence, coordination of meetings and support of the negotiation process.
Preparation and design of business correspondence, presentations, analytical materials and other documents for international partners in English.
Support of the company's interaction with banks and financial institutions within the framework of development projects and international cooperation.
Preparation of materials for meetings of the CEO with partners, investors and representatives of international companies, recording of agreements and control of implementation of agreed actions.
Formation of project roadmaps, determination of key stages of project implementation and monitoring of their implementation.
Coordination of work with partners within joint projects and joint ventures, ensuring effective communication between the parties.
Preparation of analytical materials and management information to support the decision-making process of the CEO.
Ensuring systematicity and transparency of project implementation through status management, deadline control and task management.
