Business Process Specialist / Process Analyst in NIK-ELEKTRONIKA, TOV

We are actively developing our service center and are looking for an experienced specialist to describe and improve the department's business processes. Main duties:

• Description of business processes in the service center and optimization of their efficiency

• Analysis of bottlenecks and identification of points for improvement

• Construction of flowcharts, models of processes and regulations

• Development and implementation of work standards

• Cooperation with various divisions to improve internal processes

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (preferably in the field of management or engineering)

• Experience in system companies (preferably in similar positions)

• Ability to analyze, describe and optimize business processes

• Experience of successful cases of improving business processes in other companies

• Analytical mindset, systematic approach to problem solving

• Ability to work with a large amount of information and complex tasks
