JSC "Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine" is looking for a business process optimization specialist who will be responsible for the systematic review, description and optimization of the Company's processes.
This is a key role for a person who can see the Company as a single system, identify losses, redundant actions and "bottlenecks", translate processes into a digital format and accompany changes from idea to implementation.
Areas of responsibility
- Analysis of the existing business processes of the Company (AS-IS).
- Modeling of optimized processes (TO-BE).
- Identification of losses, duplication, inefficient manual operations.
- Introduction of LEAN approaches and principles of continuous improvement.
- Formation of a process map Companies.
- Development and updating of regulations, procedures, instructions.
- Participation in the digitalization of processes together with the IT team.
- Formation of requirements for automation and information systems.
- Support for the implementation of changes in divisions.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of processes after changes.
- Definition and support of process KPIs.
- Consultative support for managers and teams on process management issues.
- Participation in transformational and cross-functional projects.
Who we are looking for
- 2-3 years of experience working with business processes, LEAN or BPM.
- Practical experience in describing and optimizing processes.
- Understanding the principles of LEAN, BPM, process management.
- Ability to work with process management documentation.
- Analytical thinking and a systematic approach.
- Facilitation skills and interaction with different departments.
- Ability to bring changes to practical implementation.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with BPMN 2.0.
- Experience of participating in digital transformation projects.
- Understanding RPA principles or process automation.
- Experience of implementing KPIs and performance indicators.
- Experience of working in the public sector or financial institutions.
- Professional certifications (LEAN, Six Sigma, BPM).
