Desires for the candidate: work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years; project management experience (the field is not important) in the field of transformation and change management; higher education in the field of management, marketing or economics; deep understanding of project management processes and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum; ability to manage teams, cross-teams and determine priorities; high communication skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills; developed presentation and self-presentation skills; developed analytical skills, knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage; attentiveness, perseverance, focus on the result; the work involves infrequent business trips around Ukraine to production facilities on official vehicles. Main responsibilities: management of transformation and organizational change projects (change and project management); management of all stages of projects, including planning, execution and control, monitoring of statuses; audit and description of operational business processes, identification of "bottlenecks", development of measures to optimization and improvement of BPParticipation in the development and management of project budgets, determination of the scope of work and resources; coordination of the work of project teams, ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements of the manager and established deadlines; interaction with stakeholders, conducting meetings, meetings and presentations; ensuring the quality of work and the implementation of project indicators; solving problems and difficulties that may arise during project implementation.
