We are inviting a business process optimization manager to join the team of the international company Kormotech:

Management and support of the culture of improvements:

• Formation of a culture of change among employees.
• Conducting training, workshops.
• Creating mechanisms for collecting and implementing ideas from employees.
• Encouraging initiative and involving employees in changes.

Standardization and documentation: Development and updating of standards, instructions, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). style="font-weight: 700">Requirements:

• Experience in business process optimization
• English language skills at the B2 level
• Initiative, good organizational skills, responsibility
• Analytical abilities
