Key tasks:

• Implementation of lean management tools on production (serial production)
• Monitoring of inconsistencies and "bottlenecks" in the production system, conducting audits
• Development of corrective measures/measures to improve processes based on the results of audits
• Coordination and implementation of projects: providing recommendations, communication with the team
• ?Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented measures

< strong style="font-weight: 700">Our ideal candidate has:

• Higher education in engineering , manufacturing, business administration or related fields
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with progressive roles
• Understanding lean principles and tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Kanban, etc
• Hands-on experience in implementing lean projects and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to lead teams and implement change
• Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt will be a plus
