Job Description

We are looking for a business process optimization expert to work in our international global team. As part of this team, you will assist the various business units in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of their work.

Responsibilities:

• Processing customer inquiries regarding processes of production and delivery of goods and components and placement of customer orders (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Analysis of current business processes and identification of opportunities for their optimization and modeling.
• Data analysis and development of recommendations to improve the efficiency and productivity of commercial organizations.
• Ensuring data accuracy. Review data quality to ensure compliance with standards.
• Work closely with business units and other departments to understand product specifications, system requirements and needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to implement changes.

Requirements:

• English language: fluent spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Previous experience jobs or knowledge of D365 (ERP) would be an advantage.
• Team player.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with other internal and external teams.
• Focus on work and accuracy, attention to details and data quality.
• Ability to organize your time and work, ability to set priorities.
