Project management: Planning and coordination of projects, implementation of new or optimization of existing processes. Control over compliance with project implementation deadlines and budgets. 3. Cooperation with other departments: Interacting with managers of various departments to ensure integration of processes into overall business operations. Advising and training staff on new processes and practices. 4. Monitoring and reporting: Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of implemented processes. Preparation of reports and analytical materials for company management. 5. Technological support: Determining the needs for technological solutions for process automation.
