Business Process Manager/BPM Manager in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

Who are we looking for?

DTEK Energo is looking for someone who knows how to see business as a system of interconnected processes - and not just see, but build, optimize and improve them. A person who combines an analytical mind, attention to detail and the ability to establish communication with different teams.

Your tasks:

You will become the architect of our business processes - a person who knows how to make things out of chaos a clear system, and from ideas - working solutions.

• Build and improve the BPM methodology - develop rules that will help processes work harmoniously.
• Model the architecture of business processes - from "as is" to "how will be", with visualization in BPMN or other convenient notation.
• Formend-to-end (E2E) processes — so that all participants can easily understand the relationship between different business processes and business units.
• Manage a system of regulations — identify critical processes for which regulatory documents need to be created and updated, manage the library of these documents.
• Measure and increase efficiency — take part in setting KPIs, analyze results, optimize business processes and resources.
• Manage changes — find "bottlenecks" in processes, test new ones approaches, implement best practices.
• Automate the regulatory system — set up the connection "process — scheme — document," create convenient registers.
• Teach colleagues process thinking — conduct trainings, workshops, share knowledge.
• Perform interesting tasks from management - sometimes non-standard, but always useful.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience business processes or projects from 3 years.
• Higher education in one of the areas: engineering, management/project management, enterprise economics, information systems and technologies, electric power, electrical engineering, electromechanics or related.
• Technical knowledge:
  • Business process architecture (APQC), PDCA cycle.
  • Modeling (BPMN 2.0, SIPOC), process analysis and optimization.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, BPM CBOK 4.
  • Working with SharePoint Online, Power BI, MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• The language is English from level B1.

• Monthly official salary fee,

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS:

• Office in UNIT City
• Mixed schedule (with the possibility of partial remote work)
• Shuttles to the nearest metro stations
