You will cooperate closely with Finance, Operations, People departments, and other stakeholders across the company.What You Will DoAnalyze complex process-related problems for the business and make recommendations for improvements and optimizationWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvementConduct process discovery, business research, and re-engineering efforts to maximize efficiencyAnalyse and decompose  requirements for systems in the IT environment to ensure maximum usabilityPartner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaborationGather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, manage the project documentationCommunicate effectively and efficiently with business units, development, and executive teamsWrite and provide detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a solutionTranslate complex processes about how the business works for technical staffFacilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solutionPlan and monitor projects with regular checks on requirementsReport and monitor project performanceDesign User Acceptance Testing and User trainingIndependently verify created technical solutions for the businessWhat We Look ForProven experience in a related field or business process analysis and managementExperience with processes and systems in the Finance area.
