Business process manager in ERC

Duties: Participation in development and optimization projects of management accounting Studying the needs of the customer regarding the improvement/creation of business processes Communication with the customer, finding optimal solutions Coordination of changes with all participants of the business process Forming a description of the problem for the ITV department Interaction with experts and the development team within the company Requirements: Work experience of 5 years or more in large companies in the positions of an economist, analyst or business analyticsHigh analytical skills, the ability to analyze and work with large data setsUnderstanding logical relationships when building a data modelExperience working with the IT team (including the ability to explain user needs to the development team)Attention to details, the ability to work in multitasking mode High communication skills (verbal and written) Higher economic/technical/mathematical education Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables) Knowledge of PowerBI and basic SQL - will be an advantage
