SharksCode is a Ukrainian IT company that specializes in the development of high-tech software solutions and platforms in B2B, in particular in the field of iGaming.
We are looking for a Senior Business Process Manager who will become the owner of the company's process system: responsible for the strategic management of processes, their description, relevance, change control and transparent interaction with C-level and managers functions.
The role combines strategic and operational levels:
formation and control of the company’s process model;
description and further description of processes and policies (including those that have not been completed);
change management, ownership and metrics for each process.
Cooperation directly with the Chief level, Accountable processes, HR, L&D, Finance and other functions.
Expectations from the candidate:
3+ years of experience in the role of Business Process Manager / Senior Process Manager / Process Consultant.
Experience in the field of iGaming.
Experience in process ownership and process model management.
Practical experience in working with already existing business processes (audit, governance, support).
Understanding process governance and ownership models.
Experience with Confluence.
Ability to structure complex information and work with feedback from various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
Management of processes and ownership:
Full audit of business processes and SLA, which were previously accompanied by external consultants.
Act as the owner of the process system: be responsible for the integrity, logic and development of processes.
Formation, further description and updating of business processes and policies, including those that were not completed or did not have time to be described.
Management of the life cycle of processes: description > approval > publication > updates.
Formation and support of RACI matrices with coordination of responsibilities with Accountable.
Management of changes in processes and control of their relevance.
Strategic control and metrics:
Definition of personal metrics / KPIs for processes and functions (relevance, status, ownership, training coverage etc.).
Monitoring changes in processes and the impact on related functions.
Ensuring transparency of responsibilities and process discipline at the company level.
Presentation and communication:
Preparation and conduct of process presentation meetings for those involved teams.
Gathering feedback, refining processes and supporting re-approvals.
Regular interaction with C-level and department heads regarding process changes.
Handoverprocesses in training (in cooperation with L&D):
Transfer of approved Talent Development Lead processes for the development of training courses.
Control of compliance of training materials with approved processes.
Participation in the coordination of training process content (without the development of LMS courses).
SLA and standards:
Providing and development of SLA templates.
Methodological support for departments in filling out SLAs.
Publishing SLAs in Confluence.
