We invite you to become part of the team in the position of business process manager of the Department of Organizational DevelopmentJSC "Ukrzaliznytsia".

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Organization of the activities of the divisions of the functional direction and the activities of the Company's divisions at all stages of the implementation of the project of the formation of a corporate center;
• Coordination and ensuring the implementation of the project in cooperation with the relevant profile structural divisions of the Company on issues related to:
  • creating and approving a conceptual model for the construction of the Company's corporate center;
  • defining the infrastructure for opening the corporate center;
  • defining the material - technical and personnel resources necessary for the formation and circulation of the corporate center;
  • compilation of the appropriate calendar and operational schedule for the formation and circulation of the corporate center;
  • determination of indicators of the effectiveness of project implementation (at all stages) ;
  • description, testing, implementation of the system of business processes that regulate the work of the corporate center;
  • definition of the system for measuring the effectiveness of business processes of the corporate center and their further reengineering;

  • Implementation of specific software, appropriate digitization tools and creation of other necessary technical conditions for centralization on the basis of the corporate center of service functions of structural subdivisions of regional branches and branches of the Company.

  You are eligible if you have:

  • Full higher education in the relevant field of study;
  • Work experience with and the direction of the position - at least 5 years;
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, BPMN) ;
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level (preferred).
