We are announcing a job opening Controller for business process efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Performing a detailed analysis of existing operations and business processes, by collecting data on functional areas and identifying areas for improvement; 

• Preparation of process maps in the format "AS IS - TO BE" using a graphic presentation format; coordination, pilot testing and GO LIFE through collaboration with employees of functional areas;

• Creation of financial forecasts for key hypotheses;

• Management documentation of the process, including minutes of meetings, at the stage of testing hypotheses of involvement in project activities, monitoring of the implementation of hypotheses that are selected for testing; 

Requirements:

• Experience of participation in multifunctional teams; 
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office and software for graphical display of processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Proven ability to work for results; 
• Experience in consulting business is an advantage; 
• Certification of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, etc. is an advantage.
