Right now we are looking for a Manager for the analysis of the efficiency of business processes (direction "Parcels")Main duties: Development of business process schemes (movement of shipments in the company (domestic, international) Determination of evaluation indicators of all stages of the process of movement of shipmentsCalculation of process costsAnalysis of cross-functional processes, identifying bottlenecks, formulating proposals for their improvement Development of regulatory documents The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Higher education (transport technologies, management and administration, project management) Professional knowledge in the field of business process management: diagnostics, modeling, benchmarking, optimization, automation Professional knowledge from the field of business process modeling and design: the ability to build models taking into account the selected notation (professional knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation), skills of modeling "as is" processes with subsequent "to be" design Measuring the effectiveness of business processes: the ability to define and use indicators, methods and tools for measuring the efficiency of business processes for their further evaluation Risk management: the ability to identify events that may have a negative impact on the business process and the company as a whole (risks), analyze and evaluate them with the subsequent establishment of appropriate controls Documentation of business processes: the ability to create regulatory documents of various levels taking into account legislative requirements, requirements of standards and internal regulatory documents, recommendations of regulatory bodies Communication skills, skills of working in cross-functional teams, the ability to effectively build communication indicatorsEducation and professional developmentCareer growth opportunities Attach and send your resume below using the link.
