Right now we are looking for a Manager for the analysis of the effectiveness of business processes (direction "Parcels") Main duties: Development of business process schemes (movement of shipments in the company (domestic, international) Determination of evaluation indicators of all stages of the shipment movement process Calculation of process costs Analysis of cross-functional processes, identification of bottlenecks, formation of proposals for their improvement Development of regulatory documents The successful candidate meets the following requirements: Higher education (transport technologies, management and administration, project management) Professional knowledge in the field of business management -processes: diagnostics, modeling, benchmarking, optimization, automation Professional knowledge in the field of modeling and design of business processes: ability to build models taking into account the selected notation (professional knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation), skills of process modeling "as is" followed by "to be" design "Measuring the effectiveness of business processes: the ability to determine and use indicators, methods and tools for measuring the effectiveness of business processes for their further evaluation.
