Company website: https://www.xsense.co.Role: BPM AnalystResponsibilities:Analyze and evaluate current process flows:communicate with process owners: Sales, Project Management, HR, Finance, etc.understand current operational procedures and process flowsanalyze used in process automatization softwareidentify and prioritize current operational needs and problemscreate the list of changes required for process optimization and coordinate their implementationDevelop new or improve current process flows diagrams, lists of rules and proceduresdefine process flows with in-house business process management toolclarify and coordinate with process owners the list of changes required for process optimizationwork with software development team to implement the processes in the in-house business process management toolCreate technical tasks for software engineering team for process logic customization when internally developed software is usedensure that all implemented solutions work in the appropriate manner.Coordinate and support the new/optimized process flows implementation in practice on the level of the process owners.Develop unique standards for relevant corporate documentation (process flows diagrams, instructions for users, etc.Experience:Strong understanding of key business process flows in a medium sized companyExperience in business process development and/or optimization.Worked with BPM definition software such as Bonitasoft, Camunda, Signavio, or other.Must-have skills and Education:Mastery of BPMN2 notation, usage, and patternsAttention to detailAnalytical thinkingAbility to work independentlyAbility to organize workload taking full responsibility for what one doesAbility to communicate clearly and concisely.University degree in the IT / Technical field (is an advantage).Languages: English, Ukrainian and/or Russian (written and verbal – advanced work proficiency)Міжнародна B2B IT компанія (Software and Hardware) шукає Фахівця до української філії у Києві.
