- Higher education (IT, economics, management, finance or related specialties);
- 3 years of work experience in the field of BCM / DRP / risk management / information security;
- Experience in the financial sector (banks, insurance, payment systems) - an advantage Practical experience in developing BCP/DRP plans;
Professional knowledge:
- ISO 22301, ISO 27001 standards;
- NBU regulatory requirements for operational resilience and BCM;
- BIA methodologies, risk assessments;
- Understanding DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) - an advantage;
- Knowledge IT infrastructure and banking system principles.
Preferred certifications:
- ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor;
- CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional); MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute); ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor. projects;
- Analytical thinking;
- Working with documentation and regulations;

Main responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and support of the business continuity management system (BCMS) in accordance with the requirements of the NBU and ISO 22301;
- Development and updating of business continuity plans (BCP) and recovery plans (DRP) - playbooks for critical of business processes;
- Conducting business impact analysis (BIA) and continuity risk assessment;
- Coordination of the Bank's divisions regarding the preparation and testing of recovery scenarios;
- Organization and conducting of exercises, trainings and simulations of crisis situations;
- Preparation of reports for management and the Supervisory Board;
- Participation in the preparation to TIBER-UA and NBU regulatory inspections;
- Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements in the field of BCM.
